I loved the location and found the room charming, although it was a bit small for my taste. The breakfast was excellent and provided great value. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The property was clean and staff was efficient and excellent. I ate at a particularly good restaurant for dinner. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was great. The location was stunning - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Everything was exceptional and within 30 minutes' drive of Busselton Regional airport.

Wow, what a great stay! The location is unbeatable-just a short stroll to the beach and the jetty! The room had a cozy apartment feel with nice touches like a generous TV and pretty lighting. Plus, the staff were super friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. I also loved the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant-totally hit the spot!

Parking was a bit of a hassle since the lot was full and I had to park further away. The pillows were a little too firm for my taste, and I noticed the air conditioner made some buzzing noises. a few texts from the hotel felt a bit excessive, but overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Wonderful location right by the sandy beaches and the famous jetty. The kingsize bed felt luxurious with big pillows, and the room included a well-appointed bathroom with clever storage solutions. it was loud and went on all night. It really ruined the experience for us, especially after paying so much. Soundproofing was definitely lacking!

Wow, the pasta at The Shelter was just epic! We loved noshing on that while soaking up the fine ocean views from our King Room. And let's not forget the fab breakfast options-we're talking freshly replenished local delights every morning!

On the flip side, it was a bummer finding out the hotel was cashless only after arrival. Paying a 2% fee felt a bit cheeky, especially since we splurged $960 for two nights in a small room without a view.
